Thomas Mulja Ph.D., P.Geo.
Dr. Mulja has more than 20 years of professional and research experience in gold and base-metal projects, from epithermal to porphyry type, in Asia, Australia and North America, including designing multi-disciplinary exploration methods such as geology, petrochemistry, remote sensing and geophysics, that led to the discovery of several gold and base metal occurrence in rugged and unexplored terrains.
Tom has extensive practical experience in evaluation of various exploration programs and mining projects, coupled with negotiating, drafting and finalizing of joint ventures agreements. He has established, managed and developed Canadian overseas subsidiary exploration companies and lead strategic planning to acquire projects in China, Southeast Asia and Mexico.
Dennis Palos B.Sc.
Mr. Palos is a senior geophysicist with over 30 years of experience in all facets of geophysics, such us induced polarization polarization, gravity and magnetic surveys, EM sounding etc. He worked in several large exploration projects in North America, South America, Europe, the Caribbean, the Middle East and Africa, successfully completing all data acquisition, quality control and interpretation of geophysical data. Dennis has executed surveys in mining exploration, geotechnical and environmental research and geophysical structural mapping and is fluent in English and Spanish.
He joint Matrix team on 2016, becoming quickly very important part of our operation, making sure that his teams’ surveys are always successful and adhere to rigorous QC standards.
David Burga B.Sc., P.Geo.
David Burga is an exploration geologist with 18 years of combined mining and environmental industry experience. He is fluent in English and Spanish and has worked with Canadian and Australian junior exploration companies in Canada, Peru, Chile, Mexico, Argentina and Nicaragua.
He was recently the General Manager of Goldsmith Resources, leading a team of 50 people operating a small scale gold mine in Chaparra area of Peru, a Carbon in Pulp Leach Plant in the Chala area and a head office in Lima. In 2008 and 2009, David was the exploration manager of Red Metal Resources, a Canadian Junior with properties in Chile. He was responsible for selecting properties, geological mapping and all aspects of their drill programs. He also oversaw their small scale copper-gold mining operation.
David has been involved with property visits, QA/QC sampling, assisting with the writing of NI 43-101 reports, creation of block models using Gemcom and compiling databases. He is QP under 43-101 regulations for geology and exploration.
Amoo Olukunle Olanrewaju Ph.D., B.Sc.
Bishop (Mr.) Amoo is a trained geophysicist and a business manager of repute for over 20 years. He has worked close with several companies in China, Switzerland, Germany, Singapore, Canada, U.S.A., Hong Kong among others seeking exploration opportunities in West Africa, Canada or elsewhere. He has extensive experience in negotiations, management and consulting in various mining aspects with governments and worldwide companies.
He was appointed as our Executive Director of Africa Operations, establishing in short period strong relation with mining, oil and gas sectors with several governments in the region. Mr. Ammo is been and integral part of our international business development, successfully promoting our services and the need for integrated modern geoscience in Africa.
Mr.Koksal is General Manager of CFT Engineering, our subsidiary company in Turkey. He is been an important part of our expansion in Europe and Asia, providing great support to our business development team.
Despite his young age, Mert is very versatile in all aspects of exploration, having very important role in designing, executing and supervising most of our large projects in Balkan and Asia. Furthermore, he is been one of our key figures behind the research and development of some our ideas such as wireless data collection.
Jan Smolen, MASc, P.Geo.
Mr.Smolen is an experienced mine and exploration geologist, with over 30 years experience in project planning and management. He has worked on a wide range of commodities including coal, gold, nickel, PGM, copper, base metals, and industrial minerals. He specializes in exploration project management, from grass roots exploration to banking feasibility studies.
Mr. Smolen worked for the Murcki Coal Mine in Poland as the Senior Mine Geologist for over eight years (1979-1987), in the Polish State Mining Authority (1988) overseeing mines and exploration projects, and in “Chemcop” Scientific Institute (1989-1991) for research and preparation of projects and programs for water and brine resources. From 2002 to 2010, Mr. Smolen served as a Senior Geologist responsible for exploration, data collection, data interpretation, reporting and peer review and as a QP for NI43-101 with Watts, Griffis and McOuat Limited. His areas of expertise include copper, nickel, gold, platinum group metals and coal projects in North America, Europe, and Asia. He has worked at SRK China as Principal Geologies and Group Manager from January 2011 to October 2013. He has managed exploration programs and IPO projects in China, Indonesia, Kyrgyzstan, and Mongolia. He is a QP for NI43-101 and a CP for JORC Code Standard.
Piro Shuteriqi Ph.D.
Dr. Shuterqi holds a Ph.D. in Physics and Applied Mathematics, with vast experience in large data set processing and developing programs that handle and interpret multi-disciplinary data. Few years ago, he took on the task developing our own software that is design to interpret and integrate multi disciplinary geoscientific data.
He is versatile in several programming languages and operating systems, with through hands-on experience in all levels of testing, including performance, functionality and integration.
