(“BGS”) are pleased to announce the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement that will see the two companies collaborate on geological, mining, and resource-focused projects across the Balkans and international markets.
Under the agreement, Matrix and BGS will combine their complementary strengths to deliver end-to-end solutions in mineral exploration, geological mapping, geophysics, and resource assessment. The partnership is designed to help clients de-risk projects, accelerate decision-making, and support sustainable resource development from early-stage targeting through to advanced evaluation.
The cooperation framework envisions joint work on:
Exploration and Target Generation – integrated geological, geophysical, and remote sensing studies for greenfield and brownfield projects.
Resource and Project Evaluation – technical reviews, due diligence, and independent assessments for investors, operators, and regulators.
Capacity Building – knowledge transfer, joint training, and the development of best-practice workflows for clients and partners across the region.
